EMMS offers a dynamic two-phase learning journey.

In the Immersive Learning phase (on campus), you'll dive into interactive, on-campus sessions, working side-by-side with expert faculty to explore cutting-edge managerial models, theoretical frameworks, and impactful real-world cases. You’ll further enrich your experience with Company visits, gaining first-hand insights from industry-leading organizations, and the exclusive Leadership series, where top executives share personal experiences, challenges, and strategies from the front lines of marketing and sales leadership.

During the Extensive Learning phase (remote), you'll translate insights into action. Individual and group projects give you space to apply, internalize, and deeply reflect on classroom concepts, empowering you to tackle professional challenges with new tools, methods, and confidence. Through group works you will have the opportunity to exercise and demonstrate your leadership skills by leading teams diverse in backgrounds and perspectives.

Live classes provide continuity, deepen your understanding, and highlight key topics, supporting you effectively throughout your learning journey.

Real life experience: field projects

Company-driven field project that puts your learning immediately into action. During the EMMS program, you will act as consultants, working closely with real companies under the guidance of an EMMS faculty member, to tackle authentic marketing and sales challenges. This project tests your analytical thinking, business expertise, and communication skills, providing companies with innovative, independent solutions delivered by talented international teams, coordinated through a single point of contact at ESADE and SDA Bocconi.

The main goal is to empower you to apply classroom theories and skills directly into a real corporate scenario. You'll collaborate with teammates and company representatives, preparing impactful presentations and comprehensive reports, delivering concrete value to the company and enriching your EMMS journey.

Beyond marketing and sales: learning leadership

EMMS offers personalized development focused on strengthening your leadership through a structured three-step approach:

  • Assessment: You will complete individual assessments (Predictive Index, PRO, and SSAT by PI Worldwide), combining tests and personal guidance conducted by Prímula Asesores, clearly identifying areas for improvement.
  • Workshop: Through a dedicated workshop (Leading and Managing People), you'll enhance leadership skills using practical tools such as ESADE Lead, a specialized leadership development platform.
  • Coaching: Leveraging insights from the assessments and workshop, you will receive targeted coaching sessions, designed to address personal growth areas and reinforce your competencies.
