16 courses and 5 face-to-face workshops divided into 7 part-time modules. Here are the numbers of a program that explores all aspects of marketing & sales, including Digital Business & 360° Communication, Big Data Analysis, Social Media Marketing and CRM and Business Intelligence. The courses are the building blocks for your EMMS experience, and they provide a common language for all participants. Furthermore, in the workshops you will have the opportunity to address particular issues from a new perspective. Finally, with field projects, you will put what you have learned into action.

Individual Executive Coaching

EMMS provides individual assessment and development of professional competences and sales skills, so that each participant will develop a plan to improve his/her professional profile. The applications used are Predictive Index, PRO and SSAT provided by PI Worldwide. These combine tests and personal guidance conducted by Prímula Asesores.

 

The workshop has two parts: Leading People and Leading Yourself. During the Leading yourself section, students will use Esade Lead, a platform for the development of leadership skills. The outputs of the program are used to work with professional coaches on the weak areas of each participant detected in the previous work.

Field Projects

You will be expected to carry out a business project for a company, which represents a practical, real-life application of skills and knowledge gained in classroom.

A Successful Blended Learning Model

On-campus modules and exams take up 32 working days and 4 Saturday mornings and are divided between Italy and Spain. Overall, 50% of the Executive Master in Marketing & Sales sessions are face-to-face and 50% are in distance learning.
