Francesco Vidè is Junior Research Fellow in Government, Health and Not for Profit at SDA Bocconi School of Management. Since 2020 he coordinates the Government Academy, the executive open program for public managers and civil servants.
Francesco carries out research projects, education programs and action research on strategic human resource management in public-sector organizations, both at local and central levels. His research interests focus on competency-based human resource management tools and practices, such as competency models, skill-gap analysis, performance appraisal, training and development, recruitment and selection in the public sector.
Francesco has contributed to many reports, articles and international working papers on performance management and strategic human resource management in the Public Administration. He is member of the faculty of the network SMARTAPLAB, carries out teaching activities at the Executive Master in Management of Public Administrations (EMMAP) and other executive courses, is part of the Observatory for Public Organizations Change (OCAP) at SDA Bocconi.
Francesco holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management of Government and International Organizations at Bocconi University.
