Governance structure - Possible lines of research are established by the Advisory Board.
In its limited form, the Performance Lab’s advisory board is made up solely of SDA Bocconi professors with disciplinary backgrounds and knowledge that are different from those of the professors involved,
while in its expanded form it includes members of the Business Community chosen for their visibility and ability to attract research activities.
Each pillar of the Performance Lab is autonomous from a scientific and economic point of view but always within the guidelines established by the Advisory Board and with preferential involvement being given to the team of young people that operationally support the ongoing and commissioned research activities.
