Abstract: The Survey analysis identifies areas of employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction in order to facilitate management in the creation of greater workplace harmony and, therefore, increased productivity. Conclusions are drawn from the data, and recommendations are made to the management team.


The survey research design is a very useful tool for assessing trends and opinions. Assessing opinions with surveys can improve decisions and strategies for practitioners and firms. It allows researchers to use qualitative data and transform it to a quantitative value.

Survey research is recognized for its generalizability and versatility. A complex amount of variables can be measured without increasing the time or cost.
