Quando sono diventato Vice-Presidente di FC Internazionale, al termine della mia carriera da calciatore, ho deciso di prepararmi per questa nuova opportunità. Per diventare dirigente avevo bisogno di allenamenti diversi che sapessero portarmi nuove competenze da unire ai miei valori e alla mia mentalità. Nelle lezioni e negli Executive Coaching ho ampliato la mia visione calcistica e ho imparato tanto.
