EMF in the online newspaper of the Financial Times

Ignites Europe, the online newspaper of the Financial Times dedicated to the asset management industry, published an article on SDA Bocconi’s Executive Master in Finance, EMF in its August issue. The article, written by Anna Devine, highlighted the role played by top managers at leading international companies, who also teach several courses of the Master. It explicitly cited Intesa Sanpaolo (main partner) and Generali Investments (partner), as well as BlackRock, Pimco, AQR, FTSE Russell and UBS Asset Management. The Master sees the participation of top managers from many other companies in the industry, including Thomson Reuters, the Master Training Partner, Algebris Invetsments, Alix Partners, Alvarez & Marsal,Ā  ARES Capital, Assogestioni, Blue Bay, BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management, Italian Stock Exchange, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Immobiliare, Citylife, COIMA RES, Equita SIM, ENI, Eurizon Capital, Euro TLX, European Fund and Asset Management Association, Greenhill Cogent, JP Morgan, Crossroads Capital, Societe Generale, UBI Banca, and UniCredit Real Estate. These top managers share the latest techniques used to manage assets and financial companies, analysing them in the context of their operational experience. They also look at the context in which these techniques are applied, highlighting crucial aspects based on their many years of managerial experience. In an interview with Ignites, the Academic Director Andrea Beltratti spoke about theĀ  importance to involve top managers in EMF. This kind of master aims to increase the career potential of its participants, by teaching rigorous models of reasoning and their best application in the job market. The Master achieves this thanks to the vast professional experience and the direct participation of top managers from leading national and international institutions organizations.
