SDA Bocconi and the Angelini Group to build a new leaders’ generation

Who are the leaders of the future? Those who have global perspective, different thinking and flawlessly execution. Angelini Group – one of the major European players in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods and machinery markets – shares with SDA Bocconi School of Management a program that balance career development and managerial education. They put together their skills and energy to launch the Angelini Future Leaders Program, a 18-month program designed for fast paced international talents who want to challenge themselves.

Powered by Angelini Academy and led by a top level international faculty from SDA Bocconi School of Management, this program is aimed at candidates from all over Europe with Economics, Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy, and other scientific degrees. This candidate must have 2-5 years of work experience, a strong motivation and a great deal of curiosity, along with communication and leadership skills.

The program will start in October 2019 and includes 5 learning modules in Italy and 2 job rotation in one of the 20 countries in which the Angelini Group companies are based.

It is designed, similar to an Advanced Mastery program, to icrease functional and managerial competences.

The participants who join the Angelini Group thanks to this program starts with a localised salary and benefits package. At the end of the program, candidates will be ready to fill their landing positions at Angelini Group.
