In his MFB Class, Building and positioning a value proposition, Prof. Gabriele Troilo, SDA Professor of Marketing and Associate SDA Dean for Open Markets and New Business Division, will focus on this and other contemporary issues the F&B industry faces now and in the perceived future and on the challenges that managers and entrepreneurs in the F&B sector have to face.
