Matteo Vizzaccaro is Lecturer of Corporate Finance and Real Estate at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Professor of Capital Markets, Università Commerciale L. Bocconi, Milano.
He is also SDA Bocconi Business Developer for MENA countries (Middle East & North Africa).
His collaboration with SDA Bocconi began in 2015. Former member of CReSV, the Bocconi University Research Center on Sustainability and Value. He coordinated important national and international research projects. He coordinated training activities for important Italian companies operating in the Confectionery and Luxury sectors.
His research focuses on the themes of growth, internationalization, diversification of corporate funding and maximization of value. He is also an expert in sector analysis and impact analysis. He is the author of publications and books on M&A, growth and cross-border investment opportunities.
He is an expert member of the "Non-performing Loans - NPL" Commission set up by the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.. He is also a member of the OIV Group on "Evaluation of distressed companies”.
