Federico Colantoni

Biography
Federico Colantoni is a Researcher at the Finance area of SDA Bocconi and a PhD student in Accounting at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
His main research interests concern Real Estate Finance, Corporate Finance and Corporate Crisis.
He gained several experiences in the private equity sector and currently works with a consulting firm where he is the head of the corporate finance department.
Federico has developed particular expertise in defining tax and corporate structures, M&A and corporate restructuring projects, and drafting sustainability reports.
Federico also has an extensive scientific output and has published several articles and essays in the fields of corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate crisis and sustainability, with several 'Fascia A Anvur' publications including Journal of Management and Governance and Journal of Management and Organisation.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance and a Master of Science in Finance from Università Bocconi (participating in an international exchange at ESADE University).
