STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Designed with the objective of addressing the link between strategic change management and implementation, as well as the concepts of “rational” and “behavioral” strategy. Over these two days participants had the opportunity to interact with practitioners from the UN, the IMF, the European Commission and the Global Fund. In particular, discussing how the above issues are conceived and applied to the contexts of these organizations, Alumni had the opportunity to find answers to the question “Where are we today?” and to explore different approaches on managing change in times of uncertainty and ambiguity.
