The second module of EMILUX in Milano hosted a special guest for its inagural lesson.
Prof. Beppe Soda, Dean of SDABocconi school of management, and Prof. Gabriella Lojacono, EMILUX Director, welcomed Marco Bizzarri, Gucci President and Chief Executive Officer. EMILUX students had the chance to listen and interact with the top manager in a long Q&A session.
Bizzarri went over his long career and experience as a manager but also gave powerful managerial insights on very specific hot topics around the Luxury business and his mantra of fostering creativity in every aspect of the business, as well as emphasizing the importance of approaching work in a different way, challenging the status quo and encouraging risk-taking within the framework of a learning organization based on a culture.
