Professore Ordinario di Economia degli Intermediari Finanziari e Direttore del Dipartimento di Scienze Aziendali ed Economico-Giuridiche, Università degli Studi Roma Tre

La ricerca si è sviluppata, nel corso degli anni, lungo i seguenti principali filoni: organizzazione, gestione del personale, gestione dei rischi operativi, misurazione e gestione del capitale intellettuale negli intermediari finanziari.

L’interesse attuale è prevalentemente rivolto a temi di governance e governo strategico dei gruppi bancari.
