This year Andrea Guerra, former CEO of Luxottica, will be the first guest, on January 19, of the new ‘Leadership Series’ meetings reserved to the Full-Time MBA candidates of SDA Bocconi. The series aims to offer the students the opportunity to confront themselves with the competences and experience of top international managers and thus match up the theoretical part of the program with real-life experience from the world of management.
During the year meetings will follow on with Vittorio Colao, CEO of Vodafone Group, Dario Scannapieco, vicepresident of the EIB, Carlo Rosa, CEO of Diasorin, Peter Löscher, former CEO of Siemens, Toni Belloni, Group managing director at LVMH, Olivier Khayat, co-head of Financing & Advisory at Unicredit Group, and Giovanni Castellucci, CEO of Atlantia and Autostrade per l'Italia.
“The line-up this year is very prestigious and will allow the students to better understand the sources of excellence in leadership and what makes a manager a real leader,” explains Stefano Gatti, Director of the MBA. “This series is part of the section of the program which integrates the core of the curriculum with the soft skills and values necessary to develop managerial talent and leadership ability, elements which are best learnt from the experience of these managers.”
