The Business Monitor analyzes more than 6.000 medium and large-size Italian companies with over €50 million in turnover. The research topics comprise ownership, leadership and corporate structures, governance models, by-laws rules, economic and financial results and main strategic transactions (M&A, FDI, etc.). The analysis aims to identify ownership and corporate governance models that can both anticipate and prevent potential conflicts, besides providing companies with the best conditions to face the growing competitive challenges. There’s also an international benchmark for European companies above €250 million in turnover aimed at providing Italian entrepreneurs with a broader perspective consistent with the environment in which they operate.
