Main Goal
The digital world has profoundly impacted organizations and business particularly because it has radically changed communication. New media, new platforms and social languages, mobile brand experiences require new content and stories.
Social media, messaging, mobile communication, the use of augmented or immersive reality technologies, virtual assistants, Big Data, which support decision-making, content and interaction processes also through the potential of Artificial Intelligence, have altered the interaction with customers and other stakeholders, generating new business and branding opportunities.
The program offers a timely update on the trends under way and helps develop more systematic management models for the new digital communication.
It also offers a close-up on the scenarios and trends of digital communication (new social networks, new dynamics of influence, new forms of messaging communication, visual and immersive languages, automation of content and advertising, interactions via voice assistants and chatbots) in the context of the new market dynamics in B2C and B2B.
Communication management models and tools will be discussed with branding, lead generation and commerce objectives, in a perspective based on customers and stakeholders’ value. It will be possible to understand how, through digital content and interactions, branding and commercial opportunities can be redesigned, adopting the new approach of storytelling and experience management with the brand in an integrated omnichannel journey.
The new frontiers of integration between communication, entertainment and e-commerce will also be explored, particularly in the context of social media transformation in complex business hubs.
The course is for managers who wish to expand, strengthen or update their knowledge of digital communications.
The program is open to marketing managers, communication managers and professionals working in specific areas of digital media management and digital platforms.
To take full advantage of the program's potential, we recommend having at least 5 years of professional experience.
