The program’s structure is highly interdisciplinary. At the end of the program you will have a solid understanding of corporate sustainability, green management, sustainable supply chain, energy markets and technologies, accounting and finance and will be able to apply advanced management techniques in a fast moving and global business environment, where sustainability requirements are becoming increasingly tighter.

MSM’s faculty is made of top scholars in the field of sustainability, energy and climate change, who are well-known at a global scale for their high-quality research and dissemination activities, developed in cooperation with leading organizations across different sectors. The quality of our faculty, both in terms of teaching and research, has built a strong reputation around the world, as demonstrated by improving placements in top international rankings.

The program, held on a full-time basis from March 2025 to February 2026 and completely taught in English, is designed to equip students with the skills and competencies required to responsibly face these new challenges. With more than 400 teaching hours, an internship lasting around 320-480 hours at leading organizations in energy and sustainability, integrated with workshops, field projects, executive seminars and company presentations, MSM is ideally suited to train talented professionals from a variety of disciplines and previous work experiences.

You will be able to join an international network of over 600 alumni who studied sustainability at Bocconi University over the years and who have become leaders in their field. Upon graduation, you will also be able to join the sustainability and energy group within the Bocconi Alumni Community

SDA Bocconi has built over the years a large number of partnerships with leading international organizations in the field of sustainability and energy at large. Such partnerships span from recruitment of our graduates to cooperation on research studies and advisory activities.
