NEQSOL Holding recently celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of 45 talented employees from its Leadership Excellence and Acceleration Program (L.E.A.P.), a bespoke development initiative designed in partnership with SDA Bocconi School of Management. This program represents a key component of NEQSOL's comprehensive strategy to cultivate leadership and excellence within the organization.
The graduation ceremony took place in June in Milan, where the program participants presented their final projects and received certificates of completion. The event was attended by prominent NEQSOL executives, including Imran Ahmadzada, Head of NEQSOL Holding Azerbaijan, Meric Tunc, Chief Human Capital Officer, Kadri Ozen, Chief Communications & Sustainability Officer, Vasyl Latsanych, Head of Telecom, and Henning Sasse, CEO of Norm.
L.E.A.P. aims to build a highly skilled talent pool to propel NEQSOL Holding's future growth. This unique program is customized to meet both individual and collective development needs. SDA Bocconi School of Management, as the strategic education partner, played a pivotal role in delivering the program’s curriculum.
Throughout the year, the program combined in-person sessions held in Baku and Milan with various online learning tools. Participants worked in groups to develop and present projects that address key challenges and opportunities for NEQSOL Holding, culminating in field projects showcased during the final module in Milan.
Imran Ahmadzada praised the graduates, stating, “Huge congratulations to our L.E.A.P. graduates. These high-performing employees have worked hard, alongside their current roles, to excel both academically and professionally. We are very proud not only of their efforts but also of the passion and personal focus that they have demonstrated to succeed.”
