A new index to assess Brand Experience

SDA Bocconi School of Management, in collaboration with AKQA Italy,will present the results of a research project on the development of a new index for assessing brand experience on May 17th.

The Brand Experience Assessment - BEA - is the new Customer Experience Measurement Index developed by a team of SDA Bocconi researchers with the support of AKQA Italy, on 48 brands that are market leaders in 24 b2c industries. by adopting a 360° views on customer experience, analyzing the true drivers of customer experience, and focusing on the purchase intent, bea tracks the business impact of customer centricity.
