From September 25th to 27th SDA Bocconi School of Management hosted the AHRMIO Annual Conference on “Collaborate-Empower-Innovate – the Key to Impactful Change”. The Conference provided an open space for more than 120 HR and Training Managers in International Organizations to share and exchange ideas on innovative and collaborative practices and to learn new and exciting initiatives and drivers to change.
To support HR and Training Managers in “getting-things-done” and expose them to cutting-edge management practices, SDA Bocconi School of Management developed a 2-days-training focused on change management and innovation in International Organizations.
The training was attended by representatives of key International Organizations that were introduced to the fundamental characteristics of a successful negotiation process grounded on the capacity to “read” and manage network dynamics using up-to-date training methodologies such as blended learning, class discussions and simulations.
Among represented organizations were: Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, IDLO, United Nations Secretariat, UNDP - United Nations Development Fund and World Bank.
