Giovanni Berti is Lecturer of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
His collaboration with SDA Bocconi began in 2015, when he joins the strategy and entrepreneurship departments and becomes a member of the CDR research center. Giovanni coordinated and conducted important national and international research projects on corporate strategy and innovation strategy. He coordinated several training activities for important Italian multinational companies operating in the infrastructure industry and has been teaching in executive courses.
His research activities focus mainly on three topics: growth strategies, innovation and corporate entrepreneurship and leadership for innovation. He is also an expert in analyzing industry evolution, value migration, new business models and structural change in companies and sectors. He studied these issues especially in infrastructure, retail and food & beverage sectors.
Giovanni earned a Degree in Management and Business Administration from the Bocconi University and a full time Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi School of Management.
