Ryan Clarque is the Chief Security Officer at Black Rifle Coffee Company, a Veteran founded coffee company built upon the mission of serving coffee and culture to people who love America. Ryan is responsible for a converged program of both physical and cyber security. Prior to this, he was the Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence & Response at Levi Strauss & Co. In this role he was responsible for cyber security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence, security awareness, and vulnerability management. Prior to Levi Strauss & Co., Ryan was a Security Investigator at the Walt Disney Company, Parks and Resorts. In this role, Ryan managed sensitive investigations related to insider threats, organized crime, and workplace violence. Prior to Disney, Ryan served as an Armor Officer in the United States Army, serving primarily in RSTA Squadrons. Ryan is an evangelist for those seeking to enter security through non-traditional career paths. He frequently speaks on security technology innovations and cyber security force management. Ryan attended Pepperdine University – Graziadio Business School, Wentworth Military Academy, and holds various physical/cyber security certifications.
