Ngozi Eze

Ngozi is the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Levi Strauss and Company (LS&Co.), an American clothing company known worldwide for its Levi's brand of denim jeans. As CISO for LS&Co, Ngozi is responsible for leading the enterprise information security program that includes the identification, management, and mitigation of cybersecurity risk to an acceptable level to support and advance business objectives.  His previous executive positions include serving as the Deputy CISO for the Federal Reserve System, the central banking system of the United States of America and Chief Business Security Officer at ADP, a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions.

 

Leveraging business acumen and information security expertise garnered over the past 20 years, Ngozi has increased organizational value for some of the country’s top Fortune 500 companies. In addition to the recent executive positions, Ngozi held roles of increasing responsibility at Equifax in which he was responsible for providing strategic and tactical security guidance to the business, client and regulatory compliance oversight, counter fraud management, as well as business development activities including contract negotiation and 3rd party risk review which resulted in the successful mitigation of strategic, business, and operational risk.  Prior to Equifax, Ngozi held information security, compliance and internal audit, roles at the McKesson Corporation, Fifth Third Bank and AT&T.

 

Ngozi holds several industry certifications including the CISSP, ISSMP, CIPP/US, CISA, CISM, Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Greenbelt, in addition to an M.B.A. degree from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Wilberforce University. Ngozi also holds a graduate certificate in Cybersecurity and Policy from Harvard University.

 

Ngozi serves as a Board Member for Savvy Cyber Kids, a nonprofit organization aimed at helping parents and teachers educate children in cyber safety, cyber ethics and other aspects of their daily tech lives. Additionally, Ngozi is an Executive Advisor on the Secure World Atlanta Advisory Board and is a Board Ambassador for the American Cancer Society’s Atlanta Golf Select Tournament that raises money annually in support of the American Cancer Society.
