Tomasz Obloj is an Associate Professor and Weimer Faculty Fellow in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. His research interests include the economic theory of incentives, organizational design, organizational and individual learning. He has published his work, among others, in journals such as the Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Management, and Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice. In 2017 he was selected by Poets&Quants as one of the best 40 Professors under 40 and in 2015, he was awarded the BNP Paribas Pierre Vernimmen Teaching Award. He is a winner of the Wiley Blackwell Outstanding Dissertation Award and finalist of the INFORMS/Organization Science Dissertation Proposal Competition. He received his PhD in Strategy from INSEAD.
