4th International Finance Competition

The International Finance Competition at SDA Bocconi School of Management is Italy’s most prestigious student-organized business school case competition. The 4th edition of the competition is organized by the SDA Bocconi Finance Club in collaboration with Bain & Company and Edison.

The goal of the event is to bring together top students from across the global business school landscape and to offer them the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, enhance their presentation skills, and grow their professional network. Participants will receive and assess a real business case developed by the sponsor companies, eventually traveling to Milan to present their results to a panel of industry and academic experts.

Agenda

The competition weekend will be on April 20th and 21th 2018 and each Business School is allowed to register one participating team, consisting of maximum five MBA participants.

Friday April 20th
Networking dinner with sponsoring companies, jury members and students.

Saturday April 21th
In the morning, the teams will have 3 hours to work on the second part of the business case which will be provided on the premises. During the early afternoon, each team will present their findings and recommendations. The winning team will receive a Grand Prize of € 5,000.

Participation Fee

All schools must confirm their participation by email to the SDA Bocconi Finance Club (finance.club@sdabocconi.it) and pay the non-refundable participation fee of € 427 (incl. VAT) per team by March 16th 2018.

Accommodation

The Navigli is a very nice area to stay during the weekend and it is a walking distance from SDA Bocconi. We negotiate the best prices with partner hotels in the area for the most pleasant stay. Information about hotels will be communicated upon receipt of registration form and subscription fee.
