Risk foresight e intelligenza artificiale

Anticipate Future Scenarios, Manage Risk, Lead Innovation
Organizations today operate in an environment shaped by increasing complexity, digital transformation, and rapid technological innovation. Artificial Intelligence creates new opportunities to enhance decision-making, services, and organizational models, while also introducing new risks, responsibilities, and governance challenges.
This program provides frameworks and methodologies to interpret change, anticipate future scenarios, and develop a strategic approach to risk. By integrating Artificial Intelligence, Strategic Foresight, Risk Management, and Governance, participants will develop the capabilities needed to make better-informed decisions, strengthen organizational resilience, and create public value.
Specifically, this program will enable you to:
- Identify emerging trends, weak signals, and future scenarios using Strategic Foresight tools to anticipate risks and opportunities.
- Manage risk from a systemic perspective by integrating Risk Management, control systems, and decision-making processes to strengthen organizational resilience and adaptability.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence to support analysis, monitoring, audit, and strategic decision-making, while understanding its limitations, biases, and ethical implications.
- Strengthen digital innovation governance by developing the capabilities needed to lead change across public sector and healthcare organizations.
- Apply practical tools through labs, simulations, and an AI maturity assessment to evaluate your organization's current level of AI adoption and identify areas for development.
- Translate risk analysis into strategic priorities, actionable roadmaps, and concrete governance improvements.
