Network DASP
Network delle Direttrici e Direttori delle Aziende Sanitarie Pubbliche
The DASP Network brings together the General Managers and Executives of Italian Public Healthcare Organizations, offering an additional opportunity for learning and exchange. The members of these strategic leadership teams constitute a community of practice capable of reinterpreting managerial challenges. The DASP Network acts as a platform that supports this process by providing insights derived from research activities, peer-to-peer dialogue, and exposure to international experiences.

Why the DASP Network?
The Network of Directors of Public Healthcare Organizations is a physical and virtual space dedicated to the analysis, in-depth study, and discussion of phenomena that:
- characterize the role and competencies of the General, Health Administrative and Social-Health Directors in Italian public healthcare organizations;
- distinguish the management of healthcare organizations in achieving their goals under conditions of effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability;
- influence the scenario and environment with which organizations engage and interact;
- concern the contribution and motivation of people in corporate events and in the pursuit of corporate goals.
POLIS Accreditation
The DASP Network has been accredited as a training initiative for corporate strategic management teams, pursuant to Polis Lombardia Decree No. 933, 16 October 2019.
The DASP Network represents an experiential network that focuses on the experiences of female directors in interpreting their role and corporate responsibility, supported by the expertise of SDA Bocconi faculty and the outcomes of Cergas Bocconi research.

Con la sua lente di ingrandimento aveva valorizzato la dimensione "professionale" (in primo luogo per la presenza di veri e propri professionisti altamente qualificati che godono di autonomia decisionale nel rispondere ai bisogni del paziente)
