Network Accounts & Checks in Public Administration
In response to a concrete challenge, that of having discussions to improve, NETCAP Network Accounts & Checks in Public Administration was founded.
Planning, controlling and accounting for the activities carried out by public administrations is becoming increasingly complex due to the profound changes that are taking place. The implementation of reforms in recent years has shown a good ability by individual institutions to grasp the changes inspired by the many external stimuli, but it has also highlighted problems and critical issues which are not always adequately considered in institutional and academic circles.
To respond to this concrete challenge - that of having discussions to improve, NETCAP Network Accounts & Checks in Public Administration was founded.aggiungi uno spazio
The course was initially addressed to local governments, but the growing success has led us to extend participation to the Regions and central governments, with the aim of creating a synergistic collaboration.
The lively participation obtained in previous years confirmed the validity of the formula: we brought together the knowledge of our researchers and lecturers, dedicated specifically to the public sector, with the experience of the Associated Public Bodies, with the conviction that the discussion and deepening of experiences help to facilitate the renewal and improvement of the planning, control and public finance processes.
We have met, discussed and analyzed issues and experiences, providing innovative insight and concrete solutions.
We have created a privileged relationship with Associates through the virtual community and the support of current information on the topics discussed.

The NETCAP Network offers:
5 discussion meetings
NETCAP organizes 5 annual comparison days. The first day coincides with a conference with free participation.
The other four meetings have the following structure:
- CHANGE MANAGEMENT section, which aims at describing the topic;
- TOOLS section, which takes place in one or more parallel classrooms, with discussions on experiences and identification of operational tools;
- PROBLEM SOLVING section, with plenary discussion and with the presence of relevant interlocutors, with respect to the subject matter. One day is dedicated to the Workshop, which provides a full immersion on a particularly relevant and highly topical issue, comparing ideas and experimenting with innovative solutions arising from the experience of the Associates.
