Il codice dei contratti, la negoziata e la gara

Providing harmonious and coordinated knowledge of the new procurement code (Italian Legislative Decree 36/2023)
Advanced training course for the qualification of contracting
The new Italian Public Contracts Code, together with its subsequent amendments, has reshaped the legal and operational framework for public procurement by introducing new responsibilities, digital tools, and qualification requirements for contracting authorities. In this evolving landscape, understanding the legislation is no longer enough. Public sector professionals must be able to interpret and apply the regulatory framework to make sound decisions, manage complex procurement procedures, and deliver results while ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency.
This program provides an integrated perspective on the Italian Public Contracts Code, combining legal, organizational, and managerial approaches to support executives and professionals throughout the entire public procurement lifecycle
.
Specifically, this program will enable you to:
- Interpret and apply the Italian Public Contracts Code and its amendments across the main procurement procedures for works, services, and supplies.
- Select and manage the most appropriate procurement procedure—including direct awards, negotiated procedures, and competitive tenders—according to different operational contexts.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle while strengthening the capabilities of the contracting authority and aligning procurement processes with efficiency and regulatory compliance objectives.
- Apply digital procurement tools by understanding the role of digital procurement platforms, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and new approaches to procurement management.
- Assess the opportunities and challenges of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and Project Finance in light of the latest regulatory developments and case law.
The program is part of the Government Academy’s "Public Works and Infrastructure Implementation Process Management (GePROPI) Pathway" area of expertise.
