Specialized training course useful for qualification of contracting stations
GePROPI, Gestione Processi Realizzativi di opere pubbliche e infrastrutture (Implementation Process Management of Public Works and Infrastructure) has a history of more than 20 years. It is an educational path that includes related courses, some of which date back to 1985. Ten years ago, the Osservatorio PREM Lab, Public Real Estate Management, was born, closely related to the GePROPI experience. The birth of the PREM Lab stemmed from the realization that prolonged training, without direct experience in research and assistance to public bodies, could create a gap between training and application needs. The goal was to go beyond mere training, yet recognizing its essentiality in the creation of an operational-application culture. Today, GePROPI is evolving into a wider "container" alongside the GePROPI courses (RUP, Project Manager oo.pp, Contract Code), ready to address the new complexities and challenges that have been emerging in recent years.

The GePROPI Net offers:
4 days of SPECIFIC TRAINING
designed to strengthen the application of quality (and expertise) in the areas of infrastructure, public works, PPP/project finance, assets and procurement
2 days of JOINT THEMATIC SESSIONS
Designed to strengthen the application of quality (and expertise) in the areas of infrastructure, public works, PPP/project finance, assets and procurement.
2 days of COACHING (individual support)
On ongoing or start-up projects in public bodies, focusing on issues such as public works, infrastructure, asset management and complex contract-tenders such as PPP and Project Finance.
GePROPI CLUSTERS
Based on the participants' work field, it will be possible to create customized clusters.
In these clusters, participants will have the opportunity to share experiences through joint meetings organized in DISCUSSION TABLES.

Who should apply
Il GePROPI Net è rivolto a professionisti provenienti da diversi ambiti della Pubblica Amministrazione — Enti Locali, Aziende Sanitarie, Università, altre stazioni appaltanti — e da operatori economici coinvolti nella realizzazione di opere e infrastrutture.
In particolare, si rivolge a:
- Dirigenti, quadri e funzionari pubblici.
- Responsabili Unici di Progetto (RUP) e RASA.
- Project manager pubblici e privati impegnati in contratti di lavori e servizi.
- Società di progetto operanti in partenariati pubblico-privato, concessioni e contratti a lungo termine.
- Consulenti di amministrazioni pubbliche e operatori economici.
- Partecipanti, passati, presenti e futuri, del percorso GePROPI.
Each participating institution or economic operator may involve a variable number of collaborators, depending on the chosen program:

L’adesione a GePROPI Net potrebbe avvenire con fondi ad hoc previsti dal Codice dei contratti D.lgs 36/2023 per dare seguito ai singoli progetti. I fondi sono quelli da prevedere obbligatoriamente (rif. art. 45, comma 2 del D.Lgs 36/2023) nel quadro economico di ciascuna opera pubblica ed infrastruttura (cfr. D.lgs 36/2023, art. 45 comma 5, comma 7 lettera a), b); Destinatari: allegato I.10; Voce del Quadro Economico: allegato I.7, art. 5 comma 1 punto 10) e, se non impiegati, potrebbero essere persi. Il D.lgs 36/2023, inoltre, rende obbligatorio ed auspicabile per il RUP e per il Project manager-RUP la formazione permanente e costante (art. 15 comma 5 e 7; art. 63 comma 7; allegato 1.2, art. 4 comma 1 e comma 4). Non si tratta quindi di fondi gestiti dal servizio formazione dell’ente, ma trovano - o potrebbero trovare - collocazione all’interno del quadro economico del singolo progetto di opera pubblica.
The Topics
The topics of the training days and discussion tables will be shared with the people and entities that will attend the course. The topics will include:
Application of project management techniques and tools to public and private contracts.
Setting up and managing Long-Term Contracts (LTC)
Evaluation and assembly of PPP/PF, dividing them into different fundamental variables
Digitization and effective application of BIM methodology.
