The Acquire Lab (Acquisition and Capital Qualities in Responsible Enterprises) is a research center specializing in the analysis of acquisition processes and the role of human capital in post-transaction business management.
The goal of the workshop is to provide analytical tools and training to improve the quality of M&A deals and support companies and investors in their decisions, with a focus on the central role of human capital.

The Acquire Lab was created to delve into the dynamics of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in Italy, paying particular attention not only to the financial and strategic aspects of transactions, but especially to the centrality of human capital.
