The Future of Financial Institution Management, launched by the Digital Futures Academy is dedicated to young graduates who would like to work as Consultant at Capgemini.

Who is it for

 

The Future of Financial Institutions Management initiative targets recent graduates/will graduate shortly (BScs or MScs) who are interested in joining the world of consulting. The program is particularly relevant to the curriculum of the Fintech, Economics and STEM programs.

Advantages

  • Participation is free of charge.
  • All the costs are covered by Capgemini (except for room and board in Milano).
  • After an initial six months internship, which starts from the beginning of the Academy, Capgemini will hire the participants who will successfully complete the course.
  • Bocconi attendance certificate and Digital Badge*
  • The final hiring decision by Capgemini is linked to feedback received after the first six months of on the job training (SDA Bocconi will in no way be responsible for the outcome of the process).

Structure and general contents

The initiative consists of 3,5 weeks of training, starting from May 8th 2024 to June 5th 2024. The program is taught in English and scheduled as follows:

Onboarding

Week 0

Focus on Financial Markets and Banking, delivered by SDA Bocconi Faculty

Week 1

Focus on major corporate processes and topics of present interest in the world of ICT systems, delivered by SDA Bocconi Faculty together with Capgemini Managers

Week 2 / Week 3

Banking Game and Final Test

Week 4

The program will be entirely held in SDA Bocconi School of Management campus.

Selection and enrolment process

Participation in The Future of Financial Institutions Management is subject to selection by Capgemini.

This edition admits only 40 participants and the deadline for application is 19 April 2024.

Requirements to enroll

  • Fintech, Economics or STEM recent BSc or recent or upcoming MSc degree
  • Fluent in English (B2)
  • No former work experience or knowledge of programming languages is required.
