REInnovation Academy
REInnovation Academy is a management and economic-financial training program to create junior professionals who can be directly placed by Academy Partner Companies.
The project is an integral part of the "REInnovation Lab", a research and education platform dedicated to the real estate sector devised by SDA Bocconi School of Management and Confindustria Assoimmobiliare whose goal is to share, reprocess and interpret data from the entire real estate value chain embracing four dimensions: human (Social), environmental (Green), innovation (Innovation & Technology) and economic (Value Added) dimensiobn.
Who is it for
REInnovation Academy aims to train recent graduates (three-year Bachelor/Integrated Master) who wish to enter work as operators/analysts for Academy Partner Companies. The initiative is also open to undergraduates who will complete their program structure by the first available useful session. The program is particularly consistent with the programs of the faculties of Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science and Economics, or other related ones. Partner Companies will also consider profiles from other educational backgrounds (e.g., Philosophy, Physics, etc.) with a strong interest in real estate.
Impact on career
The teaching methodology makes the REInnovation Academy training experience rigorous, high-impact and strongly aimed at getting candidates into a company because it:
- alternates interactive lectures with analysis of real cases
- offers the opportunity to attend Inno Forums lab innovation focus groups
- present a mix of "foundational" and practitioner-oriented courses
- allow for the field experience provided in the "learning by doing" phase

The advantages
Participation is free of charge. The cost of the initiative is borne by the Academy Partner Companies (excluding room and board in Milan).
At the conclusion of the program, the participant who has passed all the examinations and completed the "learning by doing" program of the proper duration at Academy Partner Companies will earn the "REInnovation Academy" certificate.
The final evaluation for the purpose of continuing the activity with the Partner Academy is carried out autonomously and independently by each Partner Company and SDA Bocconi assumes no responsibility for the outcome of this process.
Opportunities for Academy Partners
Companies are part of SDA Bocconi's REInnovation Lab universe as Lab Partners, Academy Partners, testimonials, sponsors. The common idea is that of an educational continuum in a real setting. Therefore, the presence of companies in the program is essential.
The benefits to the enterprise are evident in a short time, as the participant soon becomes a carrier of new stimuli and growth impulses in addition to actively participating in REInnovation Lab activities.
