Curriculum Vitae

Rossella Cappetta is SDA Professor of Leadership, Organization and Human Resources at SDA Bocconi School of Management. She is Associate Professor of Organization in the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University.

At SDA Bocconi, she was Director for the Masters Division (2012-16) and Director of the Organization and Human Resources Management Department (2006-2012). She conducted numerous research projects related to organization design and knowledge management.

Her research activities focus on three main topics: learning and training, knowledge management, organization design.

She is the author of numerous books and articles on the subject. Her works have been published in Organization Science, Research Policy, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Arts Management, Academy of Management Learning and Education, British Journal of Management,International Journal of Training and Development, European Management Journal and International Journal of Arts Management. She was Senior Editor of Organization Studies and member of the editorial board of Economia & Management.She is reviewer for several scientific journals. She received several Teaching and Research Awards from Bocconi University. She was Visiting Scholar at Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania). She acts as organization advisor for several companies.

Rossella earned a Degree and a Ph.D.  in Business Administration from Bocconi University.
