A Campus designed for the future
Our Milan campus is our home – a place where architecture, sustainability, and innovation merge to create a truly unique learning experience.
Designed by Japanese firm SANAA, it transformed a former industrial area (the Centrale del Latte) into a modern hub open to the city.
Six fluid, transparent buildings host classrooms, offices, housing for over 300 students, and a sports center with an Olympic swimming pool, gyms, a running track, and sports fields.
Sustainability is built into every detail, with architectural solutions that maximize energy efficiency and the well-being of those who live and study on campus.
Key Features:
Near Zero Energy
LEED Platinum Certification
Ranked first in the Financial Times 2025 Carbon Footprint Rank (Global MBA Ranking)

A tangible commitment to sustainability
The SDA Bocconi Milan Campus ranked first in the Financial Times Carbon Footprint Rank, a dedicated category within the FT Global MBA Ranking that assesses the environmental footprint and CO₂ emission-reduction targets of the campus where the program is delivered (Financial Times Business School Rankings).
Designed according to Near Zero Energy principles, the Campus generates a substantial share of the energy it requires through a photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of approximately 1.1 MW. Its remaining electricity needs are met through energy entirely purchased from renewable sources certified by Guarantees of Origin.
Reflecting this approach, the Campus has achieved LEED Platinum certification, one of the world’s most prestigious recognitions for sustainable building. This achievement is the result of a design process focused on reducing energy consumption and environmental impact while improving the well-being of everyone who uses the Campus.
