Where Are U The Where Are U app allows you to contact the emergency services (Public Safety Forces, Fire Brigade and Medical Aid) in the event of an emergency and be put in touch with the 112 Single Response Center of the area in which you are located. It allows you to make an emergency call with the contextual sending of the exact position of the caller. The app can be downloaded by connecting to the following site where.areu.lombardia.it/

Banks are generally open from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 13.30pm and from 14.45pm to 15.45pm.
To open a bank account, the following documents are required:
- -an identity document (identity card/passport)
- - certificate of enrolment to the Program
- -Tax code

Lost & Found
UFFICIO OGGETTI RINVENUTI (Lost and Found Office)
The “Comune” of Milano runs a lost and found office in Via Friuli 30, tel. +39 0288453900. A simple report
is required for each item lost. The payment of a small fee may also be required for each day that the item
has been kept in storage. Opening hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30-12:00/13:00-15:30 You are advised to report
lost wallets or passports to your Consulate since these may be forwarded to the local Consulate rather than
to the Lost and Found Office.
DENUNCIA (Police Report)
Lost or stolen items must be reported to the police for insurance purposes or for the reissue of identity
documents, driving licence etc. You may make your report (“Denuncia”) at the “Questura–Polizia di Stato”, or
at your nearest “Carabinieri” station. The closest to the School is “Commissariato Porta Ticinese”, Via
Tabacchi 6, tel. +39 028330181. Be very careful of your personal belongings when travelling on public
transport, when walking through crowded shopping areas, or browsing in busy shops. Keep your handbag (purse)
close to you and don’t hook it on the back of a chair when eating in a bar or restaurant.
