Building the foundations of cyber resilience

Innovation, digital transformation and AI

In a landscape marked by increasingly sophisticated cyber threats and continuously evolving regulations, cybersecurity has become a strategic responsibility for management.

The program provides participants with the essential skills to understand and manage cyber risk, introducing key tools to translate it into a strategy and governance model aligned with the organization’s nature and needs.

Through real cases and practical tools, the course addresses key topics such as the link between a company’s digital strategy and cybersecurity objectives, as well as the resulting governance models. It also offers an overview of the main standards and regulatory frameworks, and their implications—from planning and communication in cyber crisis management to supply chain protection.

The goal is to develop cyber awareness and strengthen participants’ decision-making capabilities in the cyber domain, supporting them in building more secure and resilient organizations.
