Advanced training course for the qualification of contracting authorities
In the public project landscape, the Unique Project Manager is a crucial figure in the assembly of a complex work or infrastructure that determines the efficiency of the process. With the entry into force of the new Procurement/Contracts Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) from July 1, 2023, the role of the Unique Project Manager becomes even more crucial and innovative and free of transitional supports.
The program provides a clear vision and practical tools to excel in this role, which directly affects the quality of public services. The main objective is to equip Unique Project Managers with essential managerial skills in the technical, procedural, and legal areas needed to effectively navigate the new regulatory and operational environment outlined by Legislative Decree 36/2023.The qualified contracting station depends largely on the level of "adequate" education and proactivity acquired by the Unique Project Manager. Those who participate will be prepared to handle all phases of assembly and management of the work, becoming interdisciplinary reference points.
Continuing education, will enable them to confidently and authoritatively govern the changes in the new Code, developing skills in managing conflicts, forming effective teams and ensuring project implementation using tools such as WBS, PBS, WP and GANTT, enriching their experience through discussions with experts and colleagues, improving effectiveness and efficiency in project management.
The course allows to evolve from Unique Project Manager to General Project Manager, adapting to the challenges of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and becoming essential figures as established for qualified contracting stations, with an integrated approach to public infrastructure and complex projects.
The program is part of the "Management course for processes implementing public works and infrastructures” (GePROPI) competency area of the Government Academy.

Who should apply
You hold or intend to hold the position of Unique Project Manager at technical services, you are manager and supervisor involved in planning and interaction with the Unique Project Manager, designer, construction manager, external professional with the functions of Unique Project Manager, and economic operators active in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (2021-2026). It is aimed at those who need specific and constantly updated professional education, as required by Legislative Decree 36/2023, to ensure effective management of public projects.

Structure and contents
The program consists of 4 days, totaling 32 equivalent hours, and is built on 6 pillars.

Accreditations
Italy’s National School of Administration (SNA) approved the application for accreditation for training activities in the field of public contracts, pursuant to the Decree of the President of the National School of Administration No. 22 of Feb. 13, 2024.
The course is accredited by the National Council of Engineers upon achieving a minimum attendance of 80%.
The course is also accredited by the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects and Conservators of the Province of Milan upon achieving a minimum attendance of 80%.

Bocconi Alumni are entitled to a 20% reduction on participation fees. To take advantage of the discount, please enter your Alumnus status when registering by indicating “ALUMNI 20” in the notes section. Remember that without this indication, the discount will not be applicable.
Women are good for business
To foster and contribute to women’s professional development, SDA Bocconi School of Management offers them until 8 March 2027 a 20% discount on the participation fee for all Executive Open Programs and Executive Online Programs.
Multiple enrollments
Companies, institutions and public bodies that enroll at least 3 participants in a single program are granted a 20% discount for each registration fee. The concession is not applicable for personal enrollment and must be formalized by the start date of the course.
Corporate education programs
In the case of learning needs involving several resources of the same company enrolled in more than one program, it is possible to define a customized plan from the specific needs of the organization. In this case, our Program Advisors are available to build with the client organizations ad hoc training plans with special pricing.
Partnerships and channel agreements
SDA Bocconi offers the possibility to initiate collaborations that allow them to expand the portfolio of educational trainings to be offered to their members. In this case, the School is available to evaluate partnerships and channel agreements so as to respond in a timely manner to the specific needs of the organization.
