Management della farmacia

Turning the pharmacy into a local social and health care facility
The pharmacy sector is undergoing profound transformation. New service models, evolving regulations, digital innovation, a growing focus on patient care, and changing consumer behaviors are reshaping both the role of the pharmacist and the value proposition of the pharmacy. Succeeding in this environment requires strong managerial capabilities to make informed decisions, innovate business models, and develop services that create value for customers, local communities, and the business.
This program provides practical frameworks and immediately applicable tools to help participants successfully lead this transformation.
Specifically, this program will enable you to:
- Analyze the evolving pharmacy market and emerging competitive models to define sustainable growth strategies.
- Immediately apply what you learn through a customized project focused on your own pharmacy, developing a practical improvement plan with ongoing feedback from the Faculty and peer participants.
- Design a service-oriented pharmacy model that strengthens the pharmacy's role as a community-based healthcare provider.
- Develop strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers beyond the physical store through digital tools and innovative communication approaches.
- Optimize purchasing, inventory management, category management, and management control to improve profitability and financial sustainability.
- Lead and develop your team by strengthening leadership and people management capabilities.
- Measure pharmacy performance and transform services into new opportunities for value creation and business growth.
Throughout the program, each participant develops a project tailored to their own pharmacy, applying frameworks and tools that can be immediately transferred into professional practice. Continuous interaction with the Faculty and peer participants helps adapt the learning experience to each participant's specific context, turning the program into a concrete innovation project for their pharmacy.
