Advanced training course for the qualification of contracting
The approval of the new Procurement/Contract Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) is a strategic step for Italy as it handles more than 100 billion euros annually. Knowing how to apply and interpret the new Code therefore becomes a key step for any qualified contracting station, with particular attention to the distinction between below-EEC threshold procurement (direct and negotiated contracting) and over-threshold procurement (competitive bidding).
Those who participate understand how to select and delve into the topics of the Code, distinguish between procurement contracts and PPPs (Public-Private Partnerships), improve public procurement management, optimize relations with the public administration, and decipher changes to project finance. Who should apply
You are directly involved in procurement and public processes; you are a manager of bid, contracts, technical, or administrative services departments. You are a manager or technical officer involved in your institution's procurement processes, a business, or professional, or you are part of an engineering firm involved in public procurement.
The course is perfect if you manage complex services and procurement, work within project finance and PPPs, or are a manager of complex assets and asset management. Finally, if you are a local utilities manager, a business operator who has to organize quotes, or if you operate within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), you will acquire the skills you need to deal with the new Procurement Code successfully.

Accreditations
Italy’s National School of Administration (SNA) approved the application for accreditation for training activities in the field of public contracts, pursuant to the Decree of the President of the National School of Administration No. 22 of Feb. 13, 2024.
The course is accredited by the National Council of Engineers upon achieving a minimum attendance of 80%.
The course is also accredited by the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects and Conservators of the Province of Milan upon achieving a minimum attendance of 80%.
Special payment terms
Bocconi Alumni
Bocconi Alumni are entitled to a 20% reduction on participation fees. To take advantage of the discount, please enter your Alumnus status when registering by indicating “ALUMNI 20” in the notes section. Remember that without this indication, the discount will not be applicable.
Women are good for business
To foster and contribute to women’s professional development, SDA Bocconi School of Management offers them until 8 March 2027 a 20% discount on the participation fee for all Executive Open Programs and Executive Online Programs.
Multiple enrollments
Companies, institutions and public bodies that enroll at least 3 participants in a single program are granted a 20% discount for each registration fee. The concession is not applicable for personal enrollment and must be formalized by the start date of the course.
Corporate education programs
In the case of learning needs involving several resources of the same company enrolled in more than one program, it is possible to define a customized plan from the specific needs of the organization. In this case, our Program Advisors are available to build with the client organizations ad hoc training plans with special pricing.
Partnerships and channel agreements
SDA Bocconi offers the possibility to initiate collaborations that allow them to expand the portfolio of educational trainings to be offered to their members. In this case, the School is available to evaluate partnerships and channel agreements so as to respond in a timely manner to the specific needs of the organization.
