Crisis Management in Sanità e nella PA (sede Roma)
Costruire e comunicare valore nell'emergenza: il ruolo della leadership nelle aziende sanitarie e di pubblici servizi

Enhancing skills for handling emergencies
Health, economic and social emergencies have highlighted the need for specific vulnerability analysis skills in order to effectively prevent and address emergency situations.
The "Crisis Management in Healthcare and PA" program is an opportunity to reflect on and self-assess the skills needed to recognize early signs of crisis in a timely manner, combining research evidence and the direct experience of experts in the field of emergency management.
It transfers knowledge, approaches and tools that are essential for dealing with rapidly changing situations, helping those involved to make decisions in contexts of uncertainty, manage communication during and after crises, and use crises as opportunities for organizational learning. It also enables the analysis and appreciation of the specifics of the utility context, understanding the roles and functions of the players involved, and developing crucial managerial skills for crisis management.
The program is part of the "People Management and Public Leadership" competency area of the Government Academy. Explore all programs and contact us to create a customized education pathway.
