The dynamics of compartments are "measured" based on #4 dimensions: human (Social), environmental (Green), innovation (Innovation & Technology) and economic (Value Added) dimensions.
When analyzing and processing data, the Partner Labs share information/KPIs about the different dimensions of the operations carried out/assisted apt to analyze them in the "round" and not only for the economic aspects.
At the end of the processing it will be possible to return for each asset the ranking with respect to the analyzed sample.
REIstat & REInnovation Sustainability Award
REIstat is the REInnovation Lab's platform that transposes Commercial Real Estate data on transactions, valuations and leases in order to expand knowledge on market size and characteristics, and to arrive at the construction of a market index. REIstat stems from the relevance of the research project, which in addition to analyzing the Value Added dimension expands to the Social, Green and Innovation & Technology dimensions by including ESG and sustainability criteria not only related to real estate but also to the behavior of all stakeholders participating in the deal.
REInnovation Sustainability Award will be granted to the most sustainable real estate operation according to REIstat measurement drivers. The REInnovation Sustainability Award stems from the idea that for the achievement of sustainability in real estate, not only the building is relevant but also the behaviors adopted by all actors in the asset life cycle and throughout the value creation process
Recipients and Structure
The REIstat platform can be integrated by Confindustria Assoimmobiliare Members via the web by accessing the survey reserved for Lab Partners and accessible to other Members by request to the email address reistat@sdabocconi.it.
REIstat is the real estate transaction data entry tool also useful for participation in the Sustainability Award by flagging the relevant form field.
Inno Forum
The results of the research activity are explored in the Inno Forums: innovation focus groups.
The Inno Forum aims to:
1. Discuss the evidence obtained from the research
2. Allow brain-storming and sharing of ideas to extract the qualitative considerations suitable for investigating drivers of determination of the values noted
The output is a Report that will transpose all the content processed during the event and will be returned as a follow-up to all Participants of the initiative, simultaneously enabling the preparation of the REinnovation Lab Conference open to the public.
SDA Bocconi's REInnovation LAB in partnership with Confindustria Assoimmobiliare
This is a research and education platform which aims to contribute to the evolution of the industry by creating an independent knowledge laboratory that can reprocess primary data and experiences of different industry players into operational tools. In this context, Research represents the main channel of innovation and plays the role of a driving force for the lab's project and training activities.
What is the REInnovation Academy?
A full part of REInnovation LAB, REInnovation Academy is a management and economic-financial training program to create junior professionals who can be directly placed by Academy Partner Companies. A training continuum in a real setting that offers a rigorous, high-impact teaching methodology characterized by learning by doing.
