Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation Day

Dalla ricerca alla formazione Executive
How can research on emerging technologies be transformed into learning experiences that shape decisions, behaviors, and organizational evolution?
The Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation Day brings together the SDA Bocconi community, alumni of the Executive Education programs in the Innovation, Digital Transformation & AI area, researchers, and business leaders to explore the role of research labs as a bridge between knowledge creation, executive education, and business transformation.
Since 2015, the DEVO (Digital Enterprise Value and Organization) Lab has been studying the relationship between digital technologies and value creation, moving beyond the logic of hype to translate emerging trends into practical tools, frameworks, and actionable insights for organizations. Among its flagship initiatives is the HIT Radar, a technology intelligence methodology that, in its 2026 edition, assessed approximately 650 technologies and identified their potential impact on businesses and organizations. During the event, the research team will present a preview of the HIT Radar 2026 and illustrate how its findings have, over the years, informed executive programs and learning initiatives for managers and organizations.
The closing roundtable will bring together leading voices in digital innovation to discuss one of the most pressing challenges of today’s transformation: how to engage people in innovation journeys in the age of Artificial Intelligence, and how to rethink the models, content, and delivery of executive education.
The event will be held in Italian.
