Pricing decisions are complex for managers, as pricing strategies affect company profitability, competitive positioning and customer value perceptions. When acting on pricing, managers must take into account different issues all at the same time such as cost, competition and value for the customer. As an answer to this complexity, the course is designed to provide participants with a systemic framework to assess and formulate pricing strategies.
