3rd International Finance Competitions

Milano Friday,
31st March - Saturday, 1st April 2017

Organized by the Finance Club of the SDA Bocconi School of Management full time MBA, with the sponsorship of Bain & Company and Edison this event aims to bring top finance talents to Italy, provide participants the opportunity to build their finance and presentation skills, and connect students with international professionals.
Participants will assess and present a real finance case developed by our sponsor companies and by the SDA Bocconi Finance Club and will be invited in Milan to present their results.  The Competition is a great opportunity for MBA students to:

Network with MBAs and finance professionals 
Win a cash prize  of € 5,000
Travel to Milan, Italy’s financial center, and visit its historical monuments, its fashion districts and its taste for food and wine

Agenda

The competition weekend will be on March 31st and April 1st, 2017 and each Business School is allowed to register one participating team, consisting of maximum five MBA participants.

Friday March 31st
Networking dinner with sponsoring companies, jury members and students.

Saturday April 1st
In the morning, the teams will have 3 hours to work on the second part of the business case which will be provided on the premises. During the early afternoon, each team will present their findings and recommendations. The winning team will receive a Grand Prize of € 5,000.

Participation Fee

All schools must confirm their participation by email to the SDA Bocconi Finance Club (finance.club@sdabocconi.it) and pay the non-refundable participation fee of € 366 (incl. VAT) per team by March 10th 2017.

Accommodation

The Navigli is a very nice area to stay during the weekend and it is a walking distance from SDA Bocconi. We negotiate the best prices with partner hotels in the area for the most pleasant stay. Information about hotels will be communicated upon receipt of registration form and subscription fee.
