Your opportunity

The mind is not just a repository, but a generator of ideas. As a business leader you must always keep that in mind. You are responsible for selecting and sharing the right ones to develop new projects. And also for implementing them, as failed strategies are very often caused by bad execution. This program will help you assess your role as a leader from a strategic point of view for your company, and apply it with concrete aptitudes and skills, to make your strategy succeed.

What you'll be working on
What You'll Get

You will discover what's behind strategy implementation and successful execution of business goals and which key factors can lead you to carrying out a business objective successfully. By unlocking what's key to successful strategy execution, and by recognizing the pivotal role of people in this process, you will also understand the dynamics of power and career success - why some have it and others don't. Eventually, you will learn how to make your strategy work, and ensure your company’s long-term success: basically it's all about turning a project into an actually doable task - a simple concept, which doesn’t always come true in real life, though.

Who It is for

This program was designed for senior executives, especially those responsible for leading strategic change within their organizations.

"I have always been fascinated by the fact that there are two explanations for every phenomenon: the clear, plausible, direct and often wrong one and the less obvious and enlightening one. Very often, the real organization is hidden behind the organization chart"

Marco Tortoriello
Director

"Doing the right thing is important, which is where strategy comes in. But doing that thing well – execution – is what sets companies apart. Successful organizations understand the importance of implementation, not just strategy, and, moreover, recognize the crucial role of their people in this process."
