The program offers a close-up on the scenarios and trends of digital communication in B2C and B2B. Communication management models and tools will be discussed with branding, lead generation and commerce objectives, in a perspective based on customer and stakeholder value. The new approach of storytelling and experience management with the brand in an integrated omnichannel journey will be discussed, and the new frontiers of integration between communication and e-commerce also explored.

Who is it for

The program is aimed mainly at managers who have a solid experience (at least 5 years) in corporate or marketing communication (therefore middle and senior profiles) and who intend to expand, strengthen or update their knowledge of digital communication. The program is also useful to professionals who are already in specific areas of management of digital media and digital platforms, and want to broaden their view of other areas.


Structure & Topics Covered

The program includes 20 sessions(40 equivalent hours)that cover the following areas:

  • Knowledge of the main innovations and trends relevant for digital communication management
  • Knowledge and application of the main principles and models of communication management in the digital age
  • Knowledge and discussion of methodologies and best practices in the new media and platforms
  • Discussion of experiences presented by practitioners and guest speakers
