The Opportunity 

By paraphrasing and reversing a famous quote from Mr Einstein, we suggest that strategic insanity today is doing the same things over and over again and expecting the same results. Starting from this provocation, the goal of our course is to stimulate business and marketing executives to rethink their market strategies and their revenue models by sharing our customer-based framework and by exposing the participants to a large number of cases, incidents, and examples.

More than twenty years ago, Richard D’Aveni introduced the expression ‘hyper-competition’ to describe the vibrant and turbulent scenarios emerging during the 90s. Then the digital revolution arrived, and it dramatically amplified all those trends. We are now in the 20s and our hyper-competitive world has become a hyper-connected world too. The core principles of competition shall still be mastered, while new principles must be learned.

The final deadline for enrollment is 28 April 2021. Enrollment requests are reviewed on a rolling basis, those received after the final deadline may not be accepted.

A 10% reduction on the program fee is offered to applications sent in by 19 March 2021.
