Biografia
Gino Gandolfi è Affiliate Professor di Banking and Insurance presso SDA Bocconi School of Management. È Professore Ordinario di Economia degli Intermediari finanziari presso l’Università di Parma.
Collabora con la SDA Bocconi dal 1995. Ha condotto numerosi workshop e tenuto corsi in Europa per alcuni dei maggiori esponenti dei settori banking e insurance.
L’attività di ricerca si è sviluppata negli anni lungo i seguenti principali filoni: l’asset management; la gestione dei rischi; la previdenza e le assicurazioni.
Autore di numerosi saggi e articoli che riguardano i temi da lui trattati. I suoi lavori sono stati pubblicati su importanti journal tra cui European Financial Management, Investment Management and Financial Innovations, Journal of Asset Management e International Journal of Business and Social Science. È Presidente di Fiere di Parma SpA, Presidente de Le Village Parma by Crédit Agricole e Sindaco di SACE SpA. Ha vinto numerosi premi: il premio come miglior docente dei corsi executive promosso dalla SDA Bocconi ( qualificatosi terzo nel 2005 e primo negli anni 2004, 2007 e 2008); il "Premio all'Imprenditorialità" per la Divisione Banche, Assicurazioni e Intermediari Finanziari nel 2009; il "Premio Eccellenza nel Coordinamento" per la Divisione Banche, Assicurazioni e Intermediari Finanziari( 2010, 2011 e 2012); nel 2013 il Premio “Internationalization and Innovation" per la Divisione Banche, Assicurazioni e Intermediari Finanziari; e nel 2015 il Premio “Innovation in Technology-Based Learning" conferito da SDA Bocconi Learning Lab.
Gino ha conseguito la Laurea in Economia e Commercio all’Università degli Studi di Parma e un Dottorato di ricerca in Economia Aziendale all’Università Bocconi e all’Università di Pavia.
