Biografia

Pier Vittorio Mannucci è Professore Associato presso il Dipartimento di Management e Tecnologia dell'Università Bocconi. In precedenza è stato Assistant Professor presso la London Business School. 

La sua ricerca si concentra sulla creatività, innovazione, reti, cultura e carriere, con particolare attenzione alla creatività a livello individuale e di squadra. Utilizza diverse prospettive teoriche e metodologie per dimostrare che chiunque può essere creativo sul lavoro, e possiamo aiutare le persone a raggiungere il loro potenziale creativo. È autore di numerosi articoli sui suoi argomenti di interesse, pubblicati, ad esempio, nell'Academy of Management Journal, nell'Academy of Management Review e nell'Handbook of Research on Creativity and Innovation. 

Ha conseguito una Laurea Magistrale in Economics and Management for Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment presso l'Università Bocconi e un Dottorato in Management presso HEC Paris.
